Lilium Expands Footprint into UK with eVolare Partnership

German aerospace company Lilium has signed an agreement with eVolare, which will see one of the United Kingdom’s largest helicopter and private jet operators purchase 10 Lilium Pioneer Edition Jets.

The partnership, which was announced on November 5, will see eVolare become Lilium’s lead partner and launch operator in the UK for sales of the Lilium Jet to private individuals, also comes with the option to purchase 10 additional Lilium aircraft. It also marks Lilium’s entrance into the UK and will enable Lilium to leverage eVolare’s aviation network within the UK.

The Lilium Pioneer Edition Jet, which also launched on November 5, comes with customizable options for cabin configuration and custom fabrics and materials.

EVolare will ensure safe and reliable operations of Lilium’s aircraft from its Oxford base by running a maintenance service center and investing in landing infrastructure for Lilium’s UK network.
