Pyka has closed US $37 million in its Series A Funding Round.
The money will be used to support the production of its Pelican aircraft.
It will also be used to fund Pyka’s expansion of its product into the cargo market.
“We are extremely pleased with this successful raise and the opportunities it affords Pyka to rapidly boost our manufacturing and begin executing on our more than $320 million in MOUs and commercial agreements from customers,” states Michael Norcia, Pyka’s CEO.
Pyka’s goal is to provide the agriculture industry with more sustainable and eco-friendly solutions using its autonomous airplane.
Skyports, an eVTOL infrastructure provider, recently raised US $23 million in its Series B Funding Round.
