SMG Consulting has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Saudi Excellence to explore the potential for the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) industry and future mobility solutions in Saudi Arabia.
The AAM consulting firm and Saudi Arabian technology company will work together to provide new mobility solutions in the kingdom as well as discuss how local talent and resources can help advance the industry worldwide. The two sides will also support the Vision 2030 initiative, an economic and social reform blueprint in Saudi Arabia, and work with international leading AAM companies to enter the region.
The Saudi government is committed to investing US$100 billion in building a complete aviation ecosystem, with AAM being one of the fastest-growing aerospace markets.
“Our cooperation with SMG will allow us to combine their expertise in the Advanced Air Mobility ecosystem with Saudi Excellence Government and Enterprises network,” said Sheikh Abdullah bin Zaid Al Meleihi Chairman and Founder of Saudi Excellence.
“We see Saudi Arabia developing into one of the top world markets for AAM as it is working on becoming a leader in green energy, living and transportation with premier projects like NEOM and THE LINE.
