AAMS Announces Jana Williams as President and CEO

The Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS), the non-profit trade association lobbying for safe and effective medical care and transportation, and MedEvac Foundation International (MFI) have announced Jana Williams as President and CEO.

Williams has more than 30 years of EMS and nursing experience, and has held positions in EMS, transport, trauma and disaster administration in both for-profit and not-for profit organisations. She previously served as Vice President of strategic operations and partner development at a large EMS operator before starting her own consultancy and coaching business.

Williams is also President of the National EMA Memorial Service, a board member of the Association for Professional Flight Chaplains (AFPC), and a Regent at the AAMS Medical Transport Leadership Institute.

“I am excited to become part of such a capable peer group and look forward most to spotlighting the noble and important work of our colleagues and community”, said Williams.
