AIRHAWKE Completes Canadian Acquisition

AIRHAWKE has completed the acquisition of Berletex Aero Design to expand its service network in Canada.

The Montreal, Quebec-headquartered company started the acquisition in 2022 and has already added more than 10 new team members, expanding its workforce to 25.

AIRHAWKE Chief Executive Officer David Vanderzwaag worked closely with Ross Bellingham, the founder of Berletex and now Vice-President of Customer Relations at AIRHAWKE, to ensure a seamless transition.

“We have admired Berletex for a number of years and appreciated the incredible depth and breadth of the knowledge within the company,” said David Vanderzwaag. “It was the company’s strong reputation, talented workforce, and impressive client portfolio that initially caught our eye.”

Having worked with the Berletex team for more than a year, Vanderzwaag added that the acquisition turned out to be better than expected as he discovered more potential opportunities.

“Now that we have worked with the team for over a year, we have discovered even more potential than we originally anticipated and are excited to continue providing high-quality services to our valued existing customers, as well as new ones,” Berletex said.
