Beijing Jie Xiang Enterprise Acquires Dinglong Business Aviation

Beijing Jie Xiang Enterprise acquired Guangzhou-based charter company Dinglong Business Aviation in February. Singapore charter company CapaJet will also join the partnership.

As China’s strict pandemic policies recently came to an end, the country’s aviation sector is starting to recover. People’s interest in private jet charter has also been growing.

“The acquisition of Dinglong represents our strategic move to grow our fleet across the next three years to serve the increasing demand of our target markets in Asia. This acquisition serves as a catalyst for our business expansion and also further elevated our market presence,” says Zhao Xiwen, Chairman, Beijing Jie Xiang Enterprise.

Frank Li, General Manager, Dinglong Business Aviation, said the cooperation is a win-win merger acquisition, which will put the company in a favorable position in capturing a bigger market share.
