Bombardier’s Challenger 3500 Makes European Debut

Bombardier’s Challenger 3500 business jet took center stage at the 2023 European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE) in Geneva, marking its debut in the European market.

The aircraft entered service in September 2022 and is renowned for its eco-friendly design and cutting-edge features. The Global 7500 and the Certified Pre-Owned Challenger 605 also joined the show at EBACE.

As the predecessor of the Challenger 350 incorporating other amenities from the Global series, the Challenger 3500 is the most sustainably designed business jet in its class with its sustainable materials and Environmental Product Declaration.

Bombardier’s Global 5500, Global 6500, Global 7500, and Challenger 3500 aircraft have all received Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs).

“We are very proud to open the door of the Challenger 3500 aircraft to our European customers for the very first time. This top-of-the-line aircraft demonstrates that exceptional comfort, ultimate performance and lower environmental footprint can go hand in hand,” said Jean-Christopher Gallagher, Executive Vice President, Aircraft Sales and Bombardier Defense, Bombardier.

Nearly 900 business jets of the Challenger 300 series are in service worldwide, amassing more than 3.6 million flight hours.
