Embraer Delivers Eight Business Jets in Q1

Embraer delivered eight executive jets in the first quarter of 2023, with its order backlog logged at USD$ 17.4 billion.

The business jets delivered included six light and two midsize aircraft. Together with seven commercial jets, the total 15 deliveries represent a 7% growth compared to the same period of last year.

The Brazilian aerospace company has delivered more than 700 Phenom 300 series, with 59 recorded in 2022. For the 11th consecutive year, the Phenom 300 series remains the best-selling light jet, according to the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA).

The Phenom 300 series has been delivered to customers in more than 35 countries and has accumulated more than 1.2 million flight hours. In January 2023, Embraer’s Phenom 300MED received a Supplemental Type Certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
