Gulfstream Delivers 100th G600

Gulfstream has delivered its 100th G600, with the aircraft being handed over to a North American customer. The G600 was outfitted at Gulfstream’s Dallas completions center.

Mark Burns, President, Gulfstream said the delivery is a testament to the “excellence and surging popularity” of the aircraft, which have seen strong customer demand. “The G600 continues to redefine excellence,” said Burns. “Thanks to its highly customizable cabin, fuel-efficient design and exceptional performance capabilities, we are seeing unwavering customer demand.

The aircraft can travel 6,600 nautical miles at Mach 0.85 or 5,600 nautical miles at Mach 0.90. It can fly from Washington, D.C., to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 11 hours and 40 minutes; from Paris to Rio de Janeiro in 9 hours and 42 minutes; and London to Seattle in 8 hours and 40 minutes, setting more than 35 city pair records around the world.

Gulfstream delivered a total of 120 aircraft in 2022, says General Dynamics’ full-year financial report. The book-to-bill ratio, which is the units of net new aircraft orders over aircraft deliveries, decreased to 1.47 in 2022 from the previous year’s 1.64.
