North Carolina Based Operator Adds 30 Citations to its Fleet

Textron Aviation has entered into a purchase agreement with Exclusive Jets for up to 30 Cessna citation CJ3+ jets that will be operated by flyExclusive.

The North Carolina based operator expects to take delivery of five aircraft in 2023, with options to purchase additional aircraft through 2025.

If all options are exercised, the firm will become one of the largest operators of Citations in the world. Currently it has has a fleet of multiple Citation’s including Citation X, Citation Sovereign, Citation Excel/XLS, Citation CJ3 and Citation Encore.

According to Asian Sky Media’s Business Jet Fleet Report 2020, Textron Aviation is the third most popular OEM in the region, making up 24% of the fleet in Asia-Pacific region.
