Pegasus Elite Aviation has been acquired by Prima Air Group, a subsidiary of Prima Air.
Pegasus Elite Aviation is a Part 135 operator based in Van Nuys, California, and operates a fleet of fifteen aircraft ranging from a Beechcraft King Air E90 to a pair of Gulfstream G650ERs. The acquisition creates a combined team of over 100 full-time employees, including 49 pilots and 29 flight attendants.
“With the combination of elite management and high level of operational experiences and efficiencies, along with the ever-expanding fleet of managed and owned aircraft by Pegasus; Prima Air’s future vision and business models will foster the company to position itself as a strong player and industry leader”, said Lina Tullberg, Partner and CEO, Prima Air Group.
Tullberg founded Prima Air Group in 2019 and was acquired by US investor Charles Huang in 2021.
