Rolls-Royce has further expanded its support network in Europe with the establishment of two Authorised Service Centres (ASCs) – AMAC Aerospace Switzerland AG in Basel and Aero-Dienst GmbH in Nuremberg, Germany.
The two ASCs will be used to support the development of the BR710A2-20 engines that are used in numerous models of the Bombardier Global business jet fleet.
Robert Werner, Vice President Aircraft Availability – Business Aviation, Rolls-Royce, said the launch of the two new ASCs in Europe will enhance the company’s CorporateCare accessibility.
“We welcome our new Authorised Service Centre Partners in Basel and Nuremberg, which are reinforcing our support infrastructure in Europe,” he said. “With approximately 4,000 Rolls-Royce powered aircraft in service today, we are the leading engine supplier in business aviation and our customers trust us to deliver outstanding in-service support around the globe.
Through our collaboration with the world’s most experienced maintenance providers we ensure industry leading service levels for our CorporateCare customers.”
Rolls-Royce’s engine maintenance management program, CorporateCare, offers customers streamlined administration and faster response times globally. The company has over 75 ASCs, which it claims form the largest global service network in the industry. In addition to its ASC ecosystem, Rolls-Royce also has on-wing service specialists stationed at strategic hubs worldwide, including the U.S., Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
