TransDigim has acquired Dart Aerospace.
Transdigm Group is a supplier of aircraft components used on both commercial and military aircraft.
The new ownership will allow DART to increase its automation processes, which can increase production efficiency.
“After three successful years under the ownership of Greenbriar Equity Group and First Aviation Services, we are now entering a new and exciting chapter in our history,” said DART President Alain Madore.
“TransDigm will bring a long-term perspective to our business strategy and ensure we maintain our strong growth trajectory. More importantly, I want to recognize the hard work of our talented employees and the amazing support of our shareholders during these turbulent times.” Madore added.
