The Denmark-based arm of NHV has signed a contract with TotalEnergies EP Denmark to support offshore operations in the Danish sector of the North Sea.
The contract will see NHV deploy an Airbus H175 helicopter from its base in Esbjerg, southwest Denmark, to transport passengers and equipment to TotalEnergies’ installations in the Dan and Tyra Field.
NHV’s Vice President of Oil and Gas, Jamie John, expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to fly out of NHV’s base in Denmark and for continuing to build on their presence in this region.
“Delighted to get this one across the line and welcome back TotalEnergies into our Danish customer base!” he said on LinkedIn.
Andy Dethlefsen, NHV Esbjerg’s Accountable Manager, also said that NHV is delighted to be utilizing its H175 helicopter to provide safe and efficient transportation.
The H175 is a super-medium twin helicopter manufactured by Airbus and is used by NHV Group for offshore operations in the North Sea. Belgium-headquartered NHV Group has a fleet of helicopters ranging from H175, AW169, AW139, and AS365N3 for the oil and gas industry.
