Doroni Aerospace has revealed a completed cockpit of its electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) vehicle, combined with an immersive virtual reality (VR) flight experience.
It was showcased at the EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2022 in Wisconsin.
The company aims to democratize the power of flight, by making its eVTOL easy and accessible to use.
Doroni expects to have a fully functional eVTOL prototype within the next few months, and is slated to launch the aircraft in the fourth quarter of 2024.
The company is targeting a Light Sport Aircraft certification with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) before its product launch.
