Electro.Aero has joined the Greenbird platform.
AAM is dependent on chargers that have to power aircraft as quickly as possible. Electro.Aero, specializing in aviation charging technology, can help companies maximize operation efforts.
“Charging systems are a key element of the infrastructure required to enable emerging aviation technologies with electric propulsion systems. Greenbird’s representation of the emerging aviation technology ecosystem is enhanced by the addition of a charging system developer,” states Keith Tonkin, Greenbird’s Director.
Greenbird aims to build an AAM ecosystem in Australia, with commercial operations slated to begin in 2026.
Other partners making up the group include Skyports, Nautilus Aviation, Griffith University, and more.
Greenbird recently announced Archerfield Airport Corporation has joined its consortium as well.
