Eve Holds First UAM Advisory Board Meeting

Eve Holds First UAM Advisory Board Meeting

Eve held its first advisory board from June 14th to 15th, 2022, in Lisbon, Portugal.

The event focused on debating key elements regarding urban air mobility (UAM), such as operations, aircraft performance, and urban air traffic management (UATM).

Over 20 participants from 10 countries participated. These included companies such as Republic Airways, Blade, Falko, Fahari Aviation, Bristow Group and more.

“It was incredibly constructive spending those couple of days with our customers and partners who could collaborate with insights on our UAM solutions based on their experience within their respective fields. All the feedback gathered will contribute to the evolution and maturity of our programs, including the eVTOL, services & support, and UATM software,” says Andre Stein, Co-CEO of Eve.

According to Flavia Ciaccia, Vice President of User Experience at Eve, these exchanges are important to creating key products that can suit customers’ needs.

The event also showcased Eve’s cabin mock-up, which the company is planning on featuring during the next Farnborough Air Show.

Fahari Aviation recently signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) with Eve for up to 40 electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft.
