ExecuJet MRO Services Malaysia Develops New MRO Facility at Subang Airport

ExecuJet MRO Services Malaysia, a Dassault Aviation-owned company, is developing a purpose-built MRO facility at Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport in Subang, conveniently located in downtown Kuala Lumpur.

ExecuJet has signed a land lease with Malaysia Airport Holdings Berhad, the operator of Subang Airport, and is now moving ahead with the development of the site. Construction of the new purpose-built MRO facility will take approximately 18 to 24 months.

The new purpose-built MRO facility will have 144,000 square feet of gross floor area including back shops that further expand ExecuJet’s capabilities, offices, and customer areas.

ExecuJet is currently located in another area of the airport and is already the largest business aviation MRO in Malaysia. It serves Dassault, Bombardier, and Gulfstream operators from across the APAC region and is certified by the FAA, EASA, and many other international regulators.

The company will relocate to the newer, larger MRO facility at Subang Airport for service expansion.

Regional VP Asia for ExecuJet MRO Services, Ivan Lim, stated the new purpose-built MRO facility allows the company to continue to develop and expand to meet growing demand from their customers in Malaysia and across the Asia-Pacific region.

Mr. Lim believes the steady growth of ExecuJet’s highly skilled workforce in Malaysia and its strong presence at Subang further reinforces Malaysia’s status as a leading center for business and general aviation in the APAC region.
