NHV Group’s H175 Fleet Surpasses 70,000 Flying Hours

The H175 has flown more than 70,000 hours with the NHV Group, a Belgium-based helicopter operator.

The 70,000 flying hours account for 50% of the global flying hours of the aircraft. NHV Group was the launch customer for the H175.

The operator is also celebrating its 25th year in operation.

“It’s not every day that a company is able to celebrate a breakthrough such as surpassing 70,000 flight hours on a cornerstone type, but to have this occur during the 25th anniversary of NHV is a special event indeed!” Said Neil Christie, Chief Pilot, NHV.

“Airbus Helicopters commends NHV for reaching their remarkable achievement of 70,000 flight hours using their H175 fleet. This represents over ten million nautical miles safely flown by their H175 fleet in support of the energy sector” Said Jerome Fagot, Head of the H175 program, Airbus Helicopters.
