Asian Sky Group’s Jeffrey Lowe talks to Dassault Falcon Jet’s Senior Vice President, Customer Service, Geoff Chick about how he began his career with crop dusting aircraft, moved to Canadian Airlines, before joining Dassault 14 years ago.
The pair begin by talking about how Dassault’s customer support has grown into being recognized as the top in the industry, and how the company has kept that top spot for several years. They then speak about Dassault’s recent acquisitions of MRO companies, and how that will benefit Falcon owners in the future.
Geoff talks through the benefits of using an OEM service centre, before talking though the plans that Dassault is putting in place for when the Falcon 6X enters service. As the closing subject, Jeffrey asks Geoff about how much of an impact COVID-19 has made to maintenance schedules.
