Urban-Air Port has partnered with Dassault Systèmes, which will provide the digital architecture to support Urban-Air Port’s vertiports globally.
Dassault Systèmes, a subsidiary of Dassault Group, develops software for 3D product design, simulation, and manufacturing.
The collaboration will see Urban-Air Port respond to the challenges of air mobility.
The partnership’s benefits include allowing for greater use of 3D data, optimizing Urban-Air Port’s vertiports and maintenance in real-time, optimizing energy consumption, and much more.
“Their work in precision design, virtual twin modeling and testing ensure delivery of the highest quality and is precisely why we have come together to expand our capabilities in AAM infrastructure,” states Ricky Sandhu, Founder and Executive Chairman at Urban-Air Port.
Urban-Air Port’s new vertiport, Air One, is based in Coventry. Inaugural flights will be held on April 25th, 2022.
